Dr. Lambert is a South Texas native who earned his Doctorate of Optometry magna cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2019. He completed ocular disease training through the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System in Harlingen and McAllen, and additional training in primary care and contact lens fittings at Oak Hill Eye Care in Austin.
He is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, board-certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Texas Optometry Board.
Coordinating eye care for your household can feel like another task on a full schedule. Dr. Lambert sees patients aged 7 and older, including adults and seniors, helping your family coordinate care with one optometrist as vision needs change over time.
Contact lenses are a primary focus at Weslaco Eye Professionals. Dr. Lambert has a particular interest in specialty and hard-to-fit contact lenses, including scleral, hybrid, and RGP lenses. He provides contact lens exams and fittings, and patients can order their lenses online after their fitting for direct delivery.
